Issue
of Forms
Application
forms for Admission to Jr. K.G. Class (2004
- 2005) will be issued on 1st June, 2004
from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. only.
Forms
will be issued to all the parents Free of
Charge. After checking the Original Municipal
Birth / Baptism certificate. {Only for Catholics}.
It is sufficient to join the queue between
6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Parents need not
form any queue the previous day or early
morning. Forms will be issued to all those
who join the queue by 9:30 a.m.
Please also note that the school does not
issue tokens nor will they be considered
by the school authorities. Parents are urged
not to support 'social workers' who issue
such token unauthorisedly.
Eligibility
Only
children born between 1st January 2000 and
31st December 2000 are eligible for admissions.
Children born before 1st January 2000 or
after 31st December 2000 will not be considered
for admission even if a form is issued by
mistake or taken fraudulently.
Submission
of application form
- The application
form must be filled correctly and neatly.
The duly filled in form must be submitted
on 2nd June 2004 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00
a.m. only.
- Kindly submit
the following along with the application
form.
- Xerox copy
of municipal birth certificate. Catholics
must also submit Xerox copy of Baptism
certificate.
- Passport
size photo (with the child's name
on the reverse).
- Xerox copy
of ration card or house documents
for address verification.
- One self
addressed stamped envelope.
- Application
forms / Admission forms are not transferable.
- Information
in all the documents that are attached
with the application form, must be true.
Criteria for
Admission
- Catholic children
having a Baptism certificate.
- Not all Brothers/
Sisters will be considered due for admission.
- Application
from far away residence may be considered
only on the availability of seats.
Please
Note: Any recommendation/letter may
disqualify the child from admission.
Warning
- Parents are
warned against people who accept large
sum of money promising to secure admission.
- Admission are
granted only by the selection panel and
not by anyone alse connected with the
school.
