acknowledge with gratitude the efforts
of all those people who, in various
capacities - as Principals, Managers,
Teachers, Parents, Past - Pupils and
Parishnors have thrown in their lot
to help in the Growth of this Institute.
Standing like a
collosus above the others is the Late
Fr. Goudinho of unforgetful memory.
He has been acknowledged as the great
architect and a moulder of this Institution
and not forgetting of his Military
discipline.
Much has been done
in the last 100 years and still more
needs to be done in the years to come.
In the words of the poet R. Frost,
"But I have promises to keep
and miles to go before I sleep ...
and miles to go before I sleep."

Profile
- The young dynamic
Rev. Fr. John Lopes studied in Marathi
Medium at St. Joseph's High School
- Vasai.
- Thereafter he
joined the Seminary where he trained
to be a priest from 1978 to 1990.
- He was ordained
priest in 1990 and was immediately
appointed at Thane as Assistant
Priest at St. John the Baptist High
School for two years.
- From 1992 to
1996 he was Assistant Priest at
Our Lady of Fatima - Sewree where
he completed his B.A, M.A and B.Ed.
- In 1997 he was
appointed as Supervisor of St. John
the Baptist High School for a year.
- From 1998 to
2000 he was appointed as Principal
of St. Blaise - Amboli.
- From 2000 to
2002 he served as a Principal at
Sacred Heart's School - Vashi.
- In the
year 2002 he was once again transferred
to Thane. He is presently the Principal
of St. John the Baptist High School
and Junior College.
