Disciplinary Regulations
 
  1. Students seeking admission for Std. XII will have to get fresh admissions. In this connection, the parents must give in writing at the time of admission an undertaking that they will check and take responsible action regarding their children's behaviour, attendance and progress. Once the admission is taken, the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  2. Pupils must be on the school premises 10 minutes before the bell rings. Students should take particular care to be punctual.
  3. Students will have to come to college in uniform. They should have with them their Identity card.
  4. All students are responsible to the Principal and the teachers for their conduct in and outside the college.
  5. Absence without permission from the Principal, even for one lecture, tantamounts to absence for the whole day.
  6. Whenever a student is absent from the class, a note of absence should be recorded in the handbook and duly signed by the parent.
  7. Falling short of the required number of days in attendance will result in detention.
  8. Irregular attendance, habitual want of application obscenity in words or actions, insubordination to teachers, any kind of cheating or serious misconduct even outside the school premises or behaviour objectionable to the good tone of the institution are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.
  9. If pupils, for some unexplained reasons, have been absent from college for more than a month, their names are struck off the roll and as a rule they are not to be re-admitted.
  10. Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings.
  11. Any damage done to the College property will have to be made good by those responsible for it. The decision of the principal regarding the amount will be final.
  12. There are two Semester Examinations during the year, one in October and the Second in March, together with two tests at different intervals in the year. The marks obtained in the two examinations and the tests will be taken together, when promotion is decided.
  13. Copying in any of the examination or tests is a very serious offence, even if it be only for the first time, students who are found attempting to copy by bringing manuscripts, printed matter, etc. even once, at the examination or test will be expelled from the college.
  14. Any student found defaulting seriously or in serious matters would receive serious action even to the point of dismissal. Only those students who like to avail themselves of our formation and who are ready to abide by the above mentioned conditions may please come forward to enroll themselves.
  15. No student will be granted half day leave.
